Not only does the design maintain the existing wetland ecology but also envelopes an old mature Willow tree on site. Visitors and residents alike will be able to find peace in the connections to both of these natural amenities from the moment they arrive with a procession under the Willow tree to the entrance and expansive visibility to the wetlands beyond once inside. A variety of social spaces are provided within the community to continue supporting each resident's daily activities, from a cozy Living Room complete with a stone fireplace to a Sunroom full of daylight and views out to the wetland and an English garden.
