Originally constructed in 1999, Courtyard Village also recently underwent a small remodel in the spring of 2014 with an addition to some of the common areas that expanded an already successful, active retirement community. Situated along a wetland, there are 187 residential units with an additional floor of common areas that support a very social environment. The building is a three story structure incorporating a variety of unit layouts arranged around two courtyards. A grand lobby and series of dining rooms overlook the large, tiered, landscaped courtyard, which bring life to the units above as well.
