Four, three-story 12-plex
condominium buildings have been built through the end of 2000. This
project will eventually contain 264 condominium units and a clubhouse on a
28.6 acre site. Work included extensive public improvements, wetland
mitigation, storm water management and dune restoration. The buildings
are only 250" from the surf line of the Washington coast. The
top floor units feature vaulted ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen area
and coffered ceiling in the master bedroom.
