ocean views and a Links style golf course, this project is designed as a
destination golf resort. When completed there will be one million
square feet of building including a 200 room luxury hotel with conference
center, 200 room economy hotel, 200 condominiums, golf clubhouse and
retail building. The site overlooks the Pacific Ocean, Half Moon
Bay, and City Harbor. An 18 hole championship links style golf
course is part of the master plan.
First phase projected to open spring of 2005. |
